The Friends of St James’

The Friends of St James’ (formerly the PTA) are passionate about our school and helping the children by raising funds for additional items outside of the School budget. Over the years these additional funds have helped the school in numerous ways including; financial support for the introduction of the new school uniform, purchasing 3D printers for use in creative technology, theatre visits within expressive arts, blow torches which are used in the creative technology, purchasing and the maintenance of a mini bus, iPads for use throughout the school, online learning packages for German, French and science, the creation of the prayer garden and donations to the Diocesan Building Fund.

The Friends of St James’ only succeed because of the support from the parents who volunteer or give up their time. It also provides a wonderful opportunity to make new friendships, meet other parents and have some fun whilst raising valuable funds for all the children.
